Mr. Mahbubul Alam Rakib, Director, Star Tech & Engineering Ltd along with Mr. Md. Abul Kalam Azad, General Manager of Bangladesh Bank has signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Other senior officials, Mr. Md. Arif Hossain, Chief Sales Officer, Mr. Morshed Khan, Manager, Corporate Sales, Star Tech & Eng. Ltd, Mr. Shafayet Arefin, DGM and Mr. Md. Tariqul Islam, DGM, Bangladesh Bank of each organization were also present there.
